Returns, Refund & Cancellation:
- Giftwifts reserve all rights to cancel, process or refund any order that has availed discounts other than what has been allowed.
- A Customer can lodge a complaint within 3 days of product delivery. Any refund or purchase after 3 days of delivery would not be entertained.
- Giftwifts reserves all the rights to cancel any order.
- If the product received is either rotten or damaged, you can bring it to the nearest Express Center or take a picture and inbox it to Giftwifts Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/GiftwiftsByLeopards) along with your order details within 4 hours of receiving your order. otherwise, such complaints cannot be entertained.
- All our Social Media Pages are active 24/7 and our agents are present to assist to all your queries.
- If the destination/city selected on the website is different than the actual shipping city/address; Giftwifts will not accept any responsibility for non-delivery, without refund.
- Once the order has been placed, it will not be refunded for Pakistani deliveries.
Conditions of Placing an Order:
- All our prices are inclusive of taxes
- To ensure timely delivery on Mother's Day, 12th May 2020, place your orders latest by 9th May 2020.
- We do not entertain the service of writing greetings on cakes. That service is only available for greeting cards.
- The “Last Minute Gifts” for Mother's Day can be booked till 11th May 2020 before 6:00 pm.
- Products belonging to Eid-ul Fitr "Last Minute Gifts" category can be booked till May 20th 2020 before 6:00 pm.
- Complimentary greeting card will be delivered with every order.
- We do not offer time specific deliveries on Mother's day and Eid-ul-Fitr events.
- Products may vary slightly in appearance from pictures displayed on the website, especially in case of products with assorted designs/ colors.
- Message given by sender instructions will be typed on the gift card exactly as provided, including names and spellings.
- Giftwifts does not book or send anonymous gifts. We require the names of the sender and the receiver. Anonymous messages are also not entertained.
- Giftwifts reserves the right to offer substitute products in case of unavailability.
Conditions of Delivery:
- Order received with incomplete or incorrect information will not be processed. Giftwifts does not accept any responsibility or costs for non-delivery to the intended recipient or losses in such circumstances.
- Orders time period of delivery would start once payment is received not on the basis of the time when the order is placed.
- Any order pending due to an incorrect address, phone number not responding or consignee being unavailable will be considered as a closed case, without refund.
- If gift is delivered later than the selected delivery time (time specified delivery), due to weather conditions, law & order situation, any traffic conditions, and all sorts of unforeseen conditions, the customer will be refunded only the extra delivery charges.
- Customer are requested to check and review the cake box.
- Giftwifts does not offer/entertain Time Choice/specified Delivery Service on 14th February.
- On events/holidays (Eid, New Years, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day etc.), Time Stipulated Delivery is not available.
- For deliveries in hospitals and academic institutions, please provide an alternate number along with the actual number of the receiver.
- A customer cannot return the purchase once it is delivered. But if the product received is genuinely faulty, our team will replace the item or customer will be refunded a certain amount of the purchase. The product refund time is one month but usually, it takes approximately 5-6 working days. The time period depends upon the level of investigation involve for each case.
Conditions of Perishables:
- For perishable items such as flowers, cakes, chocolates, fruits and mithai, Giftwifts will deliver fresh products. However, if the recipient is unavailable, first the sender and then the recipient will be contacted. If the recipient is still unavailable, then refund will not be entertained.
- If the recipient agrees to pick up order later, Giftwifts will not be responsible for the freshness of the product.
- If the couriers are made to wait an extended amount of time, especially in restricted/ high-security areas, Giftwifts will not be responsible for the freshness of the products due to such delays.
- If the stock of any product ends after order placement, then a customer would be refunded product's respective amount as per our refund policy.
- Any complaint regarding the “taste” of the eatables which is based on personal likes or dislikes, will not be entertained unless the product is rotten.
- Flowers and flower arrangements may vary slightly in terms of color and the types of flowers used, as per regional and seasonal availability.
